In this article from the series “Current Data on Sports Economy”, the sports behavior of children and adolescents aged 5-15 years and the related expenses of parents in 2019 are examined. The effects of the Covid-19 pandemic are also elaborated. The results are based on surveys as part of the research project "Sport Satellite Account Germany".
